If you join a Monthly Saver plan, your payments will stay the same until the end of your minimum term. After that, you’ll pay the regular monthly price of that Membership, unless you cancel. The same applies if you’re on a bundle (like the NOW Entertainment and Cinema bundle).
Can I download HBO Max shows to watch offline?: If you've got an Apple or Android smartphone or tablet, you can download selected shows to your device and watch them anywhere.

Can I cancel my subscription at any time?: With a Fully Flexible Membership, you can cancel at any time. You’ll still be able to stream until the end of that 30 day viewing period. If you don’t cancel, your Fully Flexible Membership renews automatically at the end of the 30 day period. 

With our Saver Memberships, cancel anytime is effective at the end of the minimum term. You'll still be able to stream until the end of the 6-month viewing period. If you don't cancel, your membership auto-renews to a Fully Flexible Membership at the end of the minimum term period at £9.99 per month.

Cancelling a membership is easy – just select the one you don't want any more on the Membership & Payment page in My Account, then click ‘Cancel membership’ and follow the steps to the end. You'll be able to keep watching until your next payment was due.
